Terms and Conditions for "Food Glorious Food" Competition.
- Entry into the competition is an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Entrants have to complete the entry form to be eligible for the prize.
- Entry forms are available by making a purchase from any store within Bentley Plaza.
- Entry forms are also available in selected editions of the Canning Times and Examiner newspapers. A letterbox drop has also been conducted in selected local areas.
- Competition will be drawn 7th April 2012 at 12 noon.
- Winners will be drawn at random from the entry box located in the Centre Mall and announced through the Centre's PA system.
- Winners present for the draw will win an additional $100 worth of Bentley Plaza vouchers.
- Winners not present for the draw will be contacted by telephone or mail and will be ineligble for the bonus vouchers.
- To claim the prize the winner must pick up in person from Bentley Plaza Management Office located within the Bentley Plaza complex.
- Adequate identification must be presented to claim the prize.
- Vouchers can only be used at the stores written on the vouchers.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferrable.
- All vouchers are individually numbered and recorded and have an expiry date (generally 3 months from date of issue)
- Any prizes not claimed within 14 days from draw date may be forfeited. No further correspondence will be entered into.
- Bentley Plaza shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting the prize.
- Bentley Plaza retailers, management, staff, and associated agencies and/or contractors used in conjunction with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- Entrants are hereby advised that "Bentley Plaza" and "The Bentley Centre" are the same entity and as such may be refferred to by either name on any documentation including but not limited to the vouchers themselves.
